We commission talented photographers to capture your home both in daylight and sunset/twilight (where applicable), enabling us to showcase and accentuate your home's most beautiful features at all times of the day. We  work with stylists and interior designers who will source homewares to stage your property. Our remit also extends to gardeners, window cleaners and handymen - whatever it takes to present your home to its best advantage.

AERIAL DRONES  

We commission professional drone photography to capture a birds-eye-view of your property and the surrounding area, enabling us to showcase its location, extent of the grounds, water or countryside views views and other unique attributes. 

VIDEO TOURS & VIRTUAL VIEWINGS

With today’s real estate market full of very busy, tech-savvy buyers, we now routinely produce walk through video tours for remote buyers to be able to envisage the unique lifestyle your property will enable. Smart phones allow us to conduct ‘virtual’ viewings ahead of arranging an in-person viewing, enabling us to interact with serious buyers at the height of their interest.

We will create a landing page for your property on our fully responsive sales website johnbraysales.co.uk with everything a buyer could need at their fingertips including; quality photographs, floorplans, EPC reports, property description and videos tours.  

PRINTED BROCHURES   

We create a custom designed brochure for your property, giving every prospective buyer who visits your property an asset to share with their family and friends, and reminding them of your home's distinctive features. The brochure is professionally printed and includes photography and descriptions, floor plans and any other relevant information. 

SALES BOARDS & CONSTRUCTION HOARDINGS  

One of the oldest known marketing tools, we regularly use sales boards or hoardings where appropriate, to maximise the chances of getting your property seen by prospective buyers, getting people talking and signposting a gateway to our business.  

EMAIL MARKETING 

An email introducing your property with photos and listing information linking to your exclusive property webpage, will be sent to more than 5,000 subscribed clients. Josephine Ashby and the team will also email their personal contacts with details of suitable properties in advance of public marketing, including buying agents, letting agents, architects, interior designers and developers.

Prospective buyers increasingly use the internet to identify their next home. Once you list your property with John Bray and Partners, your property will be distributed both nationally and internationally across all five of the main property portals including Right Move, On the Market, Zoopla and Prime Location as well as new entrant, Boomin. We pay for featured properties and premium listings to ensure our instructions stand out from the crowd thereby, maximising property views and buyer enquiries.

We regularly pay to advertise your property to reach targeted buyers on our Instagram and Facebook pages and all new instructions are routinely promoted during the first week of listing. We also routinely post your home onto our social media platforms to increase exposure to thousands of friends and followers.
